Yeah, looks like a rocket launcher. Wow, this screenshot looks awesome. I know it's deliberately got a lot going on in it, so things might not look quite this exciting in-game, but damn. It's amazing what Croteam does with colors. Screw realtime lighting engines, sometimes a little additive blending is all it takes.

I just hope that it does the ragdoll animation instead of exploding in retail version. Watching large enemies doing so when killed is especially satisfying.
